Frank Del Carlo
Frank Del Carlo is the owner and President of Al Fresco Landscaping, Inc. Frank has a combined education and work experience of almost 30 years in the construction industry of which 20 years are in the landscaping industry. He purchased the company in 2003 with 7 employees, 3 Toyota trucks, a dump truck, trencher and tractor. Under his leadership, Al Fresco now has 120 employees, 40 work trucks, 12 trenchers, 3 dump trucks, 5 excavators, 8 grading tractors, 4 bobcat tractors, 1 water truck, many trailers and various other equipment.
Frank has forged strong relationships with many of the Bay Area’s top home builders. Al Fresco is responsible for installing streetscaping, and front yard landscaping for new home communities throughout Northern California. Frank has also made inroads in the municipal arena, installing large city park landscapes. In addition to the large landscape construction company that Mr. Del Carlo oversees, he has augmented his focus to the maintenance side of the business. Al Fresco is rapidly becoming a major player in commercial maintenance in the Bay Area and Central Valley.
He is married to his wife, Lucille, who also helps Frank run the business and they have two sons, Tyler and Michael.
During his spare time, Frank enjoys boating and fishing in Lake Tahoe and hunting with his two sons.

Steve Mills has over 30 years’ experience in the landscaping industry. He has started from the beginning in the wholesale distribution then on to manufacturing doing specification and distributor sales. He then went into landscape construction side of the industry where he has managed estimating and purchasing of landscape for various landscape companies. He is currently involved with client sales at Al Fresco Landscaping as well. He has a background knowledge of most aspects such as sprinkler equipment, plants hard scape, drainage, bio swale, erosion control, reading plans takeoffs working & coordination with home builders and general contractors. Steves hobbies are golf, golf, golf! and being on the greens.
VP of Construction
Over 26 years of experience in the field of landscape and irrigation industry. Skilled in leadership and overseeing day to day operations and work collaboratively with individuals such as: superintendents, General Contractors, City Inspectors, Project Managers, Foreman and Laborers. He Brings integrity, good work ethics, dedication, efficiency. He is also fluent in Spanish.
Olivia Ramirez is the Controller/Business Manager for Alfresco Landscaping Inc. in Hollister CA. She has a B.A. degree from SJSU and is currently working on her MBA. She also has her professional human resources certification. Olivia is an experienced business, human resources and accounting manager with extensive experience in business administration, HR generalist affairs and Bookkeeping. She has worked in the construction industry for the last 18 years. Her personal hobbies include reading, traveling and real estate investment. Landscape Maintenance Manager
Mike Towle started out in Landscape with a handful of jobs with a Property Management Company in Davis, CA, and quickly grew his business. In 2003 he obtained his contractors license. He has worked all facets of landscaping from Business development to design and install. He has managed large maintenance clients like City of Mountain House, City of Fremont and City of Livermore, as well as small tech campuses and HOA’s.
His home is in Twain Harte in the Sierras and enjoys outdoor activities like rock crawling, 4x4 adventure and fishing with his wife and kids.

Mike received his B.S. in construction management from Michigan State in 1989. He has been with Al Fresco since 2017 and has been in the landscaping industry in sales since 1997. Mike has several accomplishments including:
- Largest Contract – $1.5 million annually (5 year contract)
Sold over $1 million in annual contract revenue all but 3 years or his 20 in the industry
- Sold many large commercial contracts.- Intel corporate, National Semiconductor, 3 Com /Palm, Lockheed Martin, City of Milpitas, Brentwood, and Oakley.
- Took a (6)page estimate and expanded it to (25) page, comprehensive, full color proposal package.
- Member of BOMA, IFMA
His hobbies include spending time with his son, racquetball and reading.
Accounts Payable Clerk
Sandra Carter is Al Fresco Landscaping, Inc.’s Accounts Payable Clerk. She has worked with Al Fresco since 2017. Sandra has worked with several companies in the Bay Area and brings with her a wide range of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and lien processing. Sandra is also trilingual. Maintenance Project Account/CSR
Lisa Decker, our Maintenance Project account and Customer Service Representative has been with Al Fresco Landscaping, Inc. for over 5 years and has worked in the industry for over 20 years. She eared her A.S. degree in Landscape Design from Cabrillo College. She has worked in both retail and wholesale plant nursery industry for over 10 years and several years doing design work. Most recently Lisa has earned her Qualified Applicator Licence (QAL) from the California Department of Pest Control. She enjoys gardening of course, cooking her homegrown veggies, hiking for inspiration, listening to music and dancing, camping and genealogy.
